Self-development begins with self-awareness. Through a depth psychological lens utilizing a variety of assessments (personality, interpersonal needs, leadership) your unique gifts (strengths) and potential challenges will be explored. My role, as guide, is to help you along this path of discovery or rediscovery, to support you as you seek to better understand yourself and your relationships with others. Together we will begin the journey to finding your best self so that you may live the life you were always meant to live. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Understanding how stress influences our lives, learning to communicate more efficiently, and developing better problem solving strategies, are all areas I can address.

I believe we are each born with unique gifts. It is these gifts that help define our life’s purpose. Finding this purpose brings meaning into our world. Whether you are a high school student searching for career ideas along with potential majors to study in university, or an adult eager to find a new career direction or reinvigorate your current career, together we will take this journey towards finding what inspires and ignites you. Understanding careers as they relate to your personality (MBTI®) and your interests (Strong Interest Inventory®) are both areas worth exploring in career development.

Improving communication, problem solving, dealing with change, and conflict management are all areas of importance, not only to individuals but when working with others, too. I offer team building workshops to help teams to better understand and appreciate differences in their work settings. Advanced Training for Certified Practitioners of the MBTI®
As a faculty member with The Myers-Briggs Company and Psychometrics Canada, I am fortunate to train many MBTI® practitioners each year through their certification programs. The one request that continues to come up is an interest in learning more. I am in the process of developing advanced programs in the area of psychological type for certified practitioners. Programs will be added as they become available so please do check back!
